Render Cleaning

Our homes take an all year round beating from dust, dirt, algae, insects, mould, UV rays and many other harmful contaminants. This causes a build up of dirt on render, leaving it stained and tired looking. 

Depending on the severity of the dirt or staining depends on the type of treatment we use. If maintained on a regular bases our operatives can use something as simple as a mild degreaser to remove and dirt. If the staining has further absorbed into the render, sodium hypochlorite (bleach) may be used. If the soiling is more organic, such as; moss, lichen or algae, it would be more advisable to treat with a biocide product. Whatever service best suits your needs, we would discuss all options with the customer during the quotation period.
